Sizing Help

What's the fit difference between a Teeny and Full bottom?

Our Teeny bottom is a lower rise and has minimal/cheeky coverage. Our Full bottom is an average rise that offers more coverage.

Ordering

Where will my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from San Diego, CA.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What are my shipping options?

$12 flat rate or FREE ground shipping on orders over $100. $20 2-day shipping, or $35 overnight shipping.

When will my order ship?

Please note that during the holiday season, shipping times may be subject to delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Order Processing:

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Express Orders:
Express orders placed before 11 AM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day. Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped on the following business day.

Standard Ground Orders:
Standard Ground orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

How fast will I receive my order?

Orders ship from San Diego, CA and will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped between 1-5 business days. Once shipped the estimated transit times are:

  • FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)
  • FedEx 2-day (2-3 business days)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (1-2 business days)
How will I know once my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I return my order?

Please click Return to start your return or exchange on eligible products. If you have issues with this link please contact customer service at orders@pqswim.com Our return shipping labels are a $5.00 flat rate, we will cover any additional expenses after that. We do not allow returns or exchanges on any items marked as FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Can I exchange my order?

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your returned product to process your credit.
